E-mpower.IT recently ran a feedback campaign during Easter. We wanted to find out just what our clients thought of our IT Support and services we provide. As a thank you, all completed surveys were entered into a prize draw; for a chance of winning an Easter hamper full of goodies to share amongst their colleagues.
Director, Jaffer Lokhandvala, commented, “When providing a service like IT Support, it’s always important to find out what your clients think of you too. Although we think e-mpower.IT do a superb job, confirmation via feedback surveys is a great indication of how people rate you. I’m pleased to say we scored an average of 90% in all areas with 93% of our clients very satisfied or extremely satisfied with the speed of service and 97% of clients were impressed with our ability to define and understand their needs. This is great to hear!” He went onto say, “Whilst good scores are important, it’s also helpful to have feedback on areas we believe we can improve on too. I find client-based feedback invaluable, especially since I consider our industry to be in the customer service business. It’s not just about fixing the problem in hand but also how you deal with your clients and the level of service your provide”.
In May, the winner of the prize draw was announced – Surrey based Team Frames Trade Ltd. Sharon Bignall, Managing Director was delighted to win, saying “That’s great news. Lucky us! We have enjoyed a superb working relationship with the whole team at e-mpower.IT and, are yet to hear one negative piece of feedback from our staff, which again endorses the excellent service e-mpower.IT provide.”
